One-minute appointment does not show in planner due to time scale setting.
Cause:
The Appointment Book time scale is set for 30 or 60 minutes. Appointments set for 30 or 60 minutes will be easier to view in the Planner because they are the average time. A one-minute appointment is in the Planner but the appointment is hard to view.
Solution:
Change the Appointment Book time scale to 5 or 10 minutes.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'General' tab.

3) Click on the down arrow in the 'Appointment Book time scale' box to select the time scale.
NOTE: Select '5 minutes' to be able to view one minute appointments in the planner.
4) Click 'OK'.
